Hi Steve, This was an inspiring video full of great ideas.  I love the idea of having the coach coach the administrator on the faculty meeting.  I also like your ideas on how to present coaching to the faculty and how to keep it professional.  When I was a new teacher we were all required to work with a coach a few times a year.  It was a very powerful experience for me, and it was something I missed when I changed schools that did not have a coaching program.  Thanks for sharing this video.

Hi Diane. Glad you enjoyed the video. I agree with you...once you've been in a good coaching situation, it's hard not to be. Unfortunately, I will not be at the ASCD conference this year.
